  • 1. Do we provide towels?

    • Please bring your own large towel (We also have towels available for purchase)
  • 2. What should I wear?

    • Bathing attire is preferred - bottoms for men, tops & bottoms for women are required
    • We also recommend flip-flops or other waterproof footwear for the Plunge & Sauna Area and Rinse Room (outdoor footwear is not permitted beyond the Lobby Area)
  • 3. Do I need to reserve a time?

    • Nope! We do not currently take reservations for Cold Plunge + Sauna Sessions*
    • We have 4 Cold Plunge Tubs options: 37°, 45°, & 50° plus an additional Ice Barrel and an 8-person Traditional Sauna set at minimum 190°, allowing for quick turnover without the need for scheduled time slots. 
    • *Sign Up Required for Guided Group Breathwork (Coming Soon)
  • 4. How much time do I get in the Cold Plunge and Sauna?

    • Contrast back-and-fourth as many times as you like (up to 20 min in Cold Plunge and 30 min in Sauna, for your safety)
    • Start slow, you may only need a few minutes in each to feel great! 
  • 5. What are the hygiene and cleanliness protocols?

    • We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Our facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all guests
    • We ask you to take a shower at home before using our Cold Plunge or use our Rinse Room before plunging (this includes rinsing off after sauna use to then cold plunge)
  • 6. Are there any health considerations or restrictions?

    • If you have any medical conditions or concerns, please consult with a healthcare professional before using our cold plunges or saunas. Certain conditions, such as cardiovascular issues or pregnancy, may require special consideration.
